Sarah L. Catz
Sarah L. Catz is a leading advocate and public policy maker with an expertise in water, transportation, housing and technology. For more than twenty years Sarah has played a key role in critical infrastructure projects at both local and state levels. She served on the Board of Directors and as Chairman of the Orange County Transportation Authority. Sarah also was a founding member of the Board of Directors of the Southern California Regional Rail Authority (Metrolink) and served as the Chairman of the Board for two terms. She is the former Chairwoman of the Orange County Forum.
Sarah helped former Governor Gray Davis in the transition of his new administration by serving as the acting Deputy Secretary of Transportation for the state of California as well as the Project Manager for the Governor's infrastructure commission, the Commission on Building for the 21st Century.
Sarah holds a Juris Doctor degree from University of Santa Clara School of Law and is a member of the California State Bar.
